Chorus and other LFCs have recently upgraded the Fibre Starter 100 and Fibre Essentials plans as part of the Big Fibre Boost. The speeds shown on our website — 100/20 Mbps for Fibre Starter and 500/100 Mbps for Fibre Essentials — reflect the improved performance measured by Chorus. These boosted speeds are expected to be confirmed in the Commerce Commission’s next Measuring Broadband NZ report, due by September 2025.

1. How much does the broadband plan cost with this offer?

Our SuperGold broadband plans start from just $58 per month on a 12-month term. If you also add a Zeronet Mobile SIM, you’ll get an extra $5/month off your broadband bill.

2. What are the setup costs?

There’s a $35 setup fee for broadband and a $5 setup fee for mobile, which are one-time charges.

3. What if I need to cancel my plan early?

If you cancel your broadband plan before the 12-month term ends, an early termination fee of $299 applies.

4. What do I get with the broadband plan?

You’ll receive unlimited data and ultra-fast fibre broadband, great for video calls with family, watching TV online, browsing, or emailing.

5. Do I have to get a mobile with the broadband plan?

No, mobile is optional. But if you choose to add a Zeronet Mobile SIM, you’ll receive an extra $5 off your monthly broadband bill as part of our bundle discount.

6. Can I keep my landline phone number?

Yes, you can! When signing up, you’ll have two options for your home phone:

  • Keep your existing landline number and transfer it to Zeronet
  • Get a new landline number from us
